A word of warning.....
Jet2.com are effectivly now a low-cost charter airline. Gone are Gatwick, Amsterdam and Berlin; in are Palma, Alicante and Malaga ..... which are great in the summer but make very little money in the winter. Remember charter airlines have to make a s
t load of money in the summer to cover the winter losses.
If the MAN programme is anything to go by, they have very little flying this winter and a lot of spare metal lying around. Dan Air once owned all their aircraft too. I wonder how much the Fowler Welch Cooltrain/Ambient division helps the plc stats.
