The airline that would do it here in the sandpit will never have a problem to get qualified pilots. No complaints about those HOU, LAX flights anymore. Those who want the AUS or USA base would be happier and so will the airline. I wonder why they did not thought about it yet. I bet Korean and other Asian airlines would have a tough time to get anymore expat pilots.
