Sorry to sound like the Chairman of the TUC but again the unions should - indeed must - offer legal advice. They spend a zillion on fees to big law firms for exactly these situations. Get in touch with your union. If you are working for an airline still flying, and not in one for goodness sake join one, so you can get some decent advice if things go wrong. Anyone can join a union, EVEN If your airline does not recognise them or negotiate with them. That doesn’t matter. You can still join and get advice, particularly legal advice.
