Must agree with some of the comments. For the present even if fees are reduced there is not enough monies to put flights in and out on a weekly basis. From an aircraft rotation / utilisation it makes no sense to serve airports such as Manston, there is little enough being earned at LGW / STN and before you get a look in there management will be there first. The future @ KIA looks bleak, the same can be said too for SEN.
That covers the pax market and cargo earnings are even worse, that business being even more cutthroat. Much of the airfreight moving around makes no money for the arlines at all and you will so see cutbacks within the cargo airlines outfits as they are already struggling, added to which they fly less economic aircrafts in the majority.
