NBAD were pretty good I think.
Two texts rcvd on the 9th at 1909 local time, the first one advised that my Visa Electron card was blocked from working outside UAE, the second told me I should change my Pin number asap at any NBAD ATM in UAE.
Like Priapism I thought maybe it is a hoax or a scam, but driving in to work the next day it was on the radio, so off I went to NBAD branch and changed my pin. Took about 2 minutes maximum to change it, and luckily my account was untouched, however a colleague has had 20,000 dirhams removed from his account and his European Bank Account is also blocked and he is sweating on hearing if that has been tampered with.
