It is extremely sad, especially as the Manston flights had been doing so well (170+ on every flight). I would say the only hope is that a small scale local company (along the lines of Bath Travel) starts up to take the iniative, but given the current climate it is extremely unlikely. The chance of a major operator moving in now is probably non-existant.
