I am one of the unfortunate victims belonging to HSBC that has been conned. When i went to see the bank to fill out the ATM fraud form this morning, I was informed that lots of people had been conned, yet in the paper it states not a lot. I was told the money will be back into my account in 7 to 14 days (I can guess which one that will be). I was told "we have known about this for 4 days" well excuse me but where was the SMS to inform me 4 days ago to change my pin number I asked the reply was a shaking of the head, oh what to do!
