Regarding the two "malformed" threads:

IB are aware and are investigating.
It is unlikely that the threads themselves will be fixed, so feel free to try asking the question again (with a different title).
Edit:
If have just discovered that the combination of the words graphics and print in the subject causes the problem! So avoid that combination.
