The company is rebranding and restructuring. The aim is to create a low cost alternative to legacy low cost carriers. Customers will pay nothing for their flights but instead pay to get off at their destination under the tested theme that most customers would pay great deal more to get off a low cost plane than they would to get on it.
Crews will pay to work per sector, split evenly between the Company and HMRC. Leave will be issued under the working time directive (of Somalia). While the aircraft is on stand it will be commanded exclusively by the traffic agent, who must be under 21 and have attitude. All flying will be rostered as per CAA CAP371.5 which states that all flying must follow the rules..unless it doesn't suit the Company. Recruitment and selection tests involve a large drill, an oil barrel and a small hedge(privet)..not sure of the details. The new name will be EasyJet Express. or perhaps Ryanjet Lite
