There is one scheme in my home country in Latvia, but there is something like coruption, only the "chosen ones " can get there
if you are lucky and you are in friends with some of people who are choosing candidates, then you can learn in spain and get sponsored 100000 EUR from AirBaltic and PAREX bank
So please,help me to find some other scheme
