try again
hi, i think you must try again as much as possible. first time i attended ek interview i went through final interview, and i didnīt do anything special, i think the key is there, to be humble and not to think you are gonna get the job, i think if you are a little bit scared.......... better!! but finally i failed with references and personality tests, then the second and third time i did an interview with emirates, i was cut in the group discussion, i am the same person but......... the recruiters are different!!
my last inteview with etihad last week i was pretty sure i was going to get the job, as i was very confident, enthusiatic and positive, also there were like 55 candidates (nothing), but finally i was eliminated in the first review.. so you never know.
i think the best attitutde is being a little bit scared and very humble
