write down all the things that went wrong, study them on the ground, go in the cockpit, simulate takeoffs, patterns, landings, comms. Go back right away in the plane and practice it again. it's nothing to be worried about, i'm sure it happens to everybody! i used to screw completely crosswind landings, i was very very frustrated, and the method above worked for me! good luck!
