I've just come off the phone with DC, and was massively impressed in an age where everyone is trying to weedle out of customer service..
Had a speaker go bad, sent them back (they're about 4 years old and well used), they called me back....
"Mr Bluestack, 'one' of the speakers was oscillating, we changed 'both', and the headband was skanky, we changed it...And the mike was clogged, we changed it...oh and the battery pack was corroded so we changed it for the nice new, small 9v pack....oh yeah....that'll be $70..."
