Here is the thought about online personality test

I dont think they can see your true personality, as all answers are ''yes'' and ''no'' format. For example if I decided that a statement ''I am usually not talkative'' is me. I am usually quiet. But if a have lots to say and I know there are people listening and they need to hear what I am saying I will talk a lot.

Or a statement about leadership, basically ''Will you chose to be a leader?'' No, I do not like to be a leader and I try not to, but if I am in a position to be a leader or in a group of people someone has to become a leader I will chose to be a leader, and if it helps the team for sure I will enjoy it.

So conclusion is: they can't be looking for your personality or attitude towards work, there must be something else and that is a question
