Lets keep some perspective here. All we have is a snapshot in time and, I agree, right now things look really bad for U.S. aviation. Nobody knows what the future holds, however, and things can change rapidly. The only thing those of us can do, who have chosen to be in this business, is hope for the best, plan for the worse, and save as much money as possible.
Predicting doom and gloom is a waste of time and energy.
