This subject has been touched on before. I hear a couple of guys (danes?) have/are in the process of resigning. But unless you´re able to work abroad, where are you going to go? SAS has a virtual monopoly, and that hurts the employees, too.
And where are new pilots going to come from? Well, they are out there in droves, but as long as there is low pay, no help to convert your licence, and the kombi-list, you can bet they are staying put.
