I see your point about FEīs, but we donīt have any 3 crew airplanes, so everybody gets to fly. That means, that most are happy enough with the thought of staying 3 years on type..
Let me say it this way, there are many other things that need to be improved here in SAS, before we get to getting rid of the "type freeze"
