to set it all straight you start making 3,915 dirhams for your basic salary as a grade 2(economy class). then you get 53.50 dirhams per flight hour and the average can be anywhere from 80-100 hours per month, depends what you bid on. plus you get your layover allowance in cash at the hotel. So add it up and its not so bad. you get your accommodation for free with electric and water and a small allowance for you home phone. plus there is a yearly profit sharing bonus if the company does well. this year was like 14 weeks pay
