I am a bit lost on the DEC thing. It would seem to me that there are a good number of F/O's that have been there awhile and stuck with GF through all this crap the last few years. I know at least a few of them personally and all are qualified and experienced enough for an upgrade. What benefit is it to the company to hire DEC's at this point if they have enough suitable F/O's for upgrade?
