lets consider, if they were paying $36000 annually ($3000 per month) and then 40% from that, would bring the annual pay to $21600...(a lot less than what majority makes)... money is certainly not an issue for me, but thats what i feel that ppl would be interested... i mean its a great program, but then some ppl would be concious about the wage...
I think you should check out the runmeration package and allowances for their FO's even minus 40% I'm surprised it would bother people that much.
But then It's about the flying for me too. I hope it is for every person who gets the cadetship.
