I had a brief search on the XL website. The flight from LGW to Bodrum in Nov 08 returned as unavailable, earliest was in Spring 09. Then I tried a flight from BRS to Sharm el Sheik (sp?) and the exact dates weren't available but there were winter flights on offer.
I'd get onto the website and see what you can do.
