POSITION [latitude, longitude]
Not particularly helpful really, but AIP ENR 1.10 - 17 says the format for flight planning is:
This adds up to: "POSITION ONE THREE, ZERO ZERO SOUTH, ONE FOUR THREE, THREE FIVE EAST..."
Some pilots pronounce it the way they punched it into the dashboard with decimal minutes (or is it seconds), leading with the N/E/W/S. Annoying but acceptable.
