You appear to have signed a different contract than all the other rba pilots. We cannot find anywhere it states rba can choose not to pay you your last months (or 3 months) salary, allowances or gratuity owed. I doubt anyone would sign such a contract apart from yourself. sn may well have noted that too for when you resign.
Illegal rostering. open you eyes. regulations satate airlines have a responsibility to ensure its crews are not fatigued. This was not the case, particulary Frankfurt. Also remember as an FO you never positoned back to brunei.
Remember Auckland - Brisbane - brunei by two pilots with many flights going into discretion. Unrealistic (fiddled) cruise speeds, turnarounds to make the numbers appear legal on paper. Again it was the capt who was required to file the discretion report. Perhaps you were unaware you were into discretion on those flights.
