.......Aberdeen/Norwich seem to be short at the moment but i dont recall seeing many leaving Scatsta to fill the void. Work in Aberdeen, live in Aberdeen...Work in Scatsta, live where you want. I agree that the allowance in Scatsta could be improved but it i am led to believe it was negotiated the last time at a local level with out linking to RPI or a salary band. Never the less this never ending argument takes us away from the topic of this thread, whether you work in Scatsta Aberdeen Norwich or where ever 5.7% in the current economic climate, oil company profits aside, is not a bad offer, along with everything else that has been achieved over the last 18 months. We are doing a lot better than many of our fixed wing collegues.
