Have some self respect, in a real airline where pilots are a respected team members, letters of this nature (+warning letters) are unnecessary. Stop the letters, show some respect, get due respect returned. The use of letters is an arabic thing, culturally ingrained since the recitation and sadly unlikely to ever change.
