dont know about redundancies but they have banned all upgraded staff travel... I had to fly Vegas economy!!!!
Utter rubbish. All staff travelling have and still are entitled to their upgrades.
the meals and ammenities kits cost more, perhaps you'll have to do as we have been instructed (at CX) to politely refuse them when offered
VS staff are only required to refuse snooze suits and the "extra's" that are handed out in addition to the amenity kit, but can take the standard one.
I'm flying Economy to Washington on the 340-600 from LHR. Will I have a power socket for the laptop.

Because they are not installed in economy, only in Premium and Upper.
