Just to check, are you describing a full ICAO standard "TCAS" system?
it is simple to adjust the track and height to "ensure" separation.
Please assure me you do
not adjust your track based on the TCAS display, but only
after you acquire the traffic visually? And if you fail to acquire the traffic visually, you maintain track and height (or V/S) as and until you get an RA? Please
