I doubt your tactic of convincing RAAF guys to go elsewhere will assist your desire for a shortage and hence pay claim.
I can't see ASA signing up to an agreement that could be invalidated by a court of law (for breaching laws regarding restriction of trade) anymore than the R.A.A.F. would.
