family will have to stay in canada for at least 4 years !!!!!! what the F....#*& with that ???? canada needs people to sustain a certain growth and build a future for this country.................it's not meant for people to get a citizenship of convenience as somebody else mentioned.
As for the people who always bitch about paying taxes in canada, well, your kids might not be able to get cheap quality education and have a public healthcare system even if it's not perfect and has its own problems.
