IMHO the first ever Avalon air show (1995 I think??) was the best! The Russians certainly know how to put on a show!!

Their chopper AND jet pilots are absolute nutters!!

If I remember correctly, the Kiwi's did a few loops in some A4s while hooked up with the refueling line - Absolutely awesome!!

And the Yanks... just a tight turns and low fast fly by...

My goal has been to fly my old-man to the show... maybe 2009 may be the year
