Buy some clippers or get it done while on a layover.
Sorry I havent found anywhere I like getting my hair cut in HKG, but there are heaps of places in SGN!
I cant stand having my hair shampood for half an hour, cut, shampood for another half hour cut a bit more, washed......and finally blow dried after there was nothing left to dry. Price is always pretty good though.
