Observed glacially slow access at 16:00 to 16:30 UTC this 18-AUG-08 from the USA, Western Pennnsylvania just north of Pittsburgh. Long & Lat included in profile.

Similar logjam noted at 21:45 UTC. There's a cord with a knot in it somewhere. <G>
