Hi, you don't need to upload any supporting documents regarding your educational or medical status.
key in all the stuff in the online application and wait for their reply.
it's only on that day of interview at the training centre where you bring the original copies of all the stuff and photocopies of the said stuff.
and before the interview you will have to go for an eye-examination with a recognised/approved eye-doctor, which you will have to pay with your own money.
