The airline with the large Chatham dockyard Union Jack on their tails takes another view on it:
1. If you renew a JAR license for a JAR license, the company pays.
2. If you renew a CAA license for a CAA license, the company pays.
3. If you wish to change your CAA license for a JAR license, at renewal, the company doesn't pay.
Is there a good reason for this? If so, they aren't telling ................
