Besides, their social responsibility is somehow inexistent. Our employers only expect us to come here and work hard and leave of absences, unemployment pay, etc., are things of a different planet. You may get away with very few (and short lived) absences. You are just a number and Rad Gammage's treatment shows just that among the so many cases I know.
