Any fool can make a company money by dismissing staff and cutting maintenance costs.
Service companies like Qantas can ill afford to employ cowboys like Dixon.
The results are now being seen.
AJ may be a lot of things but a cowboy he is not.
He has a lot to sort out over the next two years.
