Think that's a 'Bit' cheeky of FR to print that they have 20 destinations from LBIA.
They haven't even approved the routes yet.
The problem with FR is they don't give a damm if you have the wrong passport, Or as in 'Hoody's case your bags are overweight.
And that's entirely the wrong attitude to have, We are all customers and we all and will make mistakes at some time of our lives.
But FR does not allow for mistakes, As say Bmi or ZB would.
In my perticular FR performance, What P'd me off was that they didn't give a damm that I had just driven 2 1/2 hrs down the A1 at 5am in the morning, And the fact that we had 'Genuinley' made a mistake/error.
Wheras, Maybe other carriers would try and 'solve' the problem FR showed no interest whatsoever.
If I was running an Airline I would want to keep all my pax, But MOL has made it quite clear that any late check in - 1 min late, Or any other mistake is not acceptable.
I don't think it is just FR who have this 'Hard' approach on their pax.
And the staff that 'miserable' day at STN had that attitude - Well if you don't like FR then you know what you can do
The Airline's attitude speaks for itself.
Customer Service = NIL.
