MME has always been hampered by poor management going back to Ike`s time
. They have the attitude and mentality that a small local airport can do without, instead of looking after customers they have always tried to dictate to based operators and owners and have done nothing to encourage growth, they are all (and always have been) a bunch of jobsworths more worried about their pensions and bonuses than the future of MME.
Sadly the future looks grim unless Peel get some competent managers to run the airport who can rebuild the customer base that MME deserves and that therefore rules out any of the present management
