I personally believe that routes from LCY to Jersey, Guernsey and the IOM should be encouraged. The three islands are large respectable financial centres. Guernsey and Jersey both manage to sustain flights to ZRH and GVA on a daily basis and between the Channel Islands and the IOM, according to the IOM stats it seems that up to double daily between the two is also popular. Im sure at least double daily flights to all three islands from LCY would be sustainable at business prices. I beleive Scot/BlueIslands/Cityjet/Eastern should all be looking carefully at these options.
