Interesting statement, but based on what?
I suspect it's the usual...'I can't stand em' or similar, and for these folks all I can say is, SV (cargo or otherwise) is what you make of it, especially the smiling at the bank book routine.
Those that don't 'go with the flow' and constantly 'make waves' are destined for the exit visa only.
Generally in short order.
One has to remember that SV is one of the oldest airlines in the middle east (started with the assistance of TWA, a long time ago) so they definitely know what they are doing and further, do not appreciate 'johnnie come latelys' telling 'em how to run their company.
I watched a number of the latter come and go over the years...and I suspect many of these same folks would not be happy anywhere they choose to work....IE: professional troublemakers.
