Or you could kill yourself by smoking and drinking (many hundreds of thousands more crews who do this on a regular basis, but I have yet to see the old and wise council against it), or even walk outside and get hit by a bus.
Life's a bitch, but you take your chances and just get on with it. I wonder how much you shorten your life by when you spend it stressed and angry? Hmmm......
