Sabenapilot - I don't think you've quite got the full picture.
There will indeed be a merger of interests: with DAT, Freddy van Gaever and VEX.
VEX will become the holding company (it's already listed on EASDAQ) and will operate the EU routes.
DAT will become VG Airlines, using three A330s leased from ILFC.
Those
slim Vlaamse have outsmarted the Walloons again!
