RBA has always payed lip service to CAP 371 and acts as if its above the law when it comes to deducting money from an employees final pay check.
It was common for pilots to transfer their salary ASAP after pay day, and several time pilots leaving simple refused to hand in their passport for employment visa cancellation till they had the money owed in the bank - their overseas bank.
