You have to be within the LH Group, but there are different requirements for the different LH Companies like LH Cargo of Germanwings.
The T&C are more or less the same for all around 62K in the frist year up to 115k after 10 years (see ppjn) I guess all numbers are gross, so you have to reduce it by about 35-40% for the taxes.
