"Filthy" will no doubt be pleased as with others who have worked with him of late.
But I for one will be very sad to see so many of the old guard go.
People of the caliber of "Mr Chardonnay" will never be replaced.
Those I speak to who fly [paid] in the pointy end won't be happy either.
