I'd be amazed if this rumour was true.
As far as anyone knows, Mr Justice Thayne Forbes reserved his judgement and stated he would give his decision in writing at a later date.
As the hearing didn't finish until the 26th July and the High Court broke up for 2 months holiday on the 1st August it's a bit unlikely a High Court decision would be rushed out in five working days.
No decision was expected before October and in any case the appeal was made on the grounds that the planning refusal was 'flawed in law' so a successful appeal would result in the application having to be reconsidered by the Secretary of State which would probably push the whole thing into 2009 anyway.
