It seems that "shortage of ATCOs" is reaching critical level at some places around the World.
Fight between ANSPs to attract qualified ATCOs becomes obvious.
This week a few ads appears at first place at flightglobal. Changes are very fast. There are changes on minute basis.
So my question is :
What do you think,who will win that dead race. I.e. Who will solve ATCOs shortage this summer/autumn?
