Many peeps are not aware of what employment legislation is in place until they encounter these issues. Like it or not this is what employers have to work with.
It is not legislation. It is not enacted in law. It is guidance. You
may be unfairly dismissed but this is a matter for civil courts/tribunals to decide not the HSE.
