SNs management and personal skills are disgraceful. Obviously his people and management courses were wasted money.

The mentioned bullying and his vindictive personality are certainly contrary to the safe and efficient mandate required of airline pilots. How many pilots place the companies best interest as a priority after being on the short end of this individuals vindictive and unprofessional harassment.

He would have been removed years ago under the old professional management. Just as CD was removed from the CP position.
No such measures from the current svp of flt ops or senior management to the determent of the company.

Would you expect any better from the current management though. They have proven their lack of moral and legal ethics by withholding pilots salary, allowances and gratuity when they resigned and rba management also get the local banks including international banks such as h$6c to illegally freeze the pilots bank accounts once they resign.
This is earnings they are already owed. Breach of contract, dishonouring of contract come to mind and is illegal in brunei and the UK under which the brunei law supposedly is loosely based on.

The reason, they know the bond is not legal as the airplanes are not coming. So they get the money back by any means, illegally if necessary.
Individuals or groups would have to take rba to court in bwn to force them to pay up pilots owed earnings. Only if pilots took them to court would this come to a head and those responsible sacked as a face saving measure once senior bwn government officials and the Head of State, the S of B was made aware that expat professionals contracts were not being honoured and were not being paid what was owed to them.

A complete shakeup is required but unfortunately there is no one with the leadership or ethics to do it in rba.

Serious consideration must be given to whether you do the honourable thing by giving 3 months notice knowing full well the implications.

Disgraceful.
