All the others have been talking a lot without anything happening or only happening what the CEO wanted to happen. The reason being is just to secure the butt in the seat, not because they care so much about you. New guys from the very little experience I had didn't promisse anything so it's a good start already. Give them a chance. Remember one thing though, nothing and no one will ever change anything unless CEO wants it.
